Domain Transfer Process

To host a pre-registered domain name at DVH, there are two ways:

Option 1. Fastest way:

Just change the nameservers at the domain control panel of your domain registrar to point to DVH nameervers.

Option 2. Actual domain transfer:

Step 1: Make sure that the domain is unlocked and privacy protection disabled. Make sure that the Admin email for that domain is your own.

Step 2: Then click on the link below and Select option 2 in the process "I want to transfer my domain to DrupalValueHosting.com" http://drupalvaluehosting.com/members/order.php?step=2&domainonly=true

Step 3: Obtain the EPP code from your existing domain registrar and enter it in Step three of the process:

"EPP Code This needs to be obtained from the current registrar for authorisation"

Step 4: Finish the process and complete the transaction

Step 5: The admin email contact listed for the domain will get an email with a verification link, to ensure that the domain owner wants to transfer the domain. click on the verification link to authorize the transfer

Step 6: After the verification completion, it is an automated process and the domain will be transferred once the earlier registrar processes the request (takes 1 to 5 days)

Please Note: Domains registered in the last 60 days can not be tranferred.
